RHEMEDIATION 4th General Assembly Held in Türkiye

The fourth General Assembly of the RHEMEDIATION project took place at the TÜBİTAK premises in Gebze, Türkiye, bringing together all project partners for two days of collaboration and technical exchange.

The first day featured a full agenda of project updates and presentations from all Work Packages, covering progress on the development of the RHEMEDIATION hub ecosystem, technology deployment, pilot site implementation, early validation results, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The second day included a hands-on visit to the Turkish demo site, offering a unique opportunity to explore the algae-based treatment solutions in practice. Participants engaged in technical workshops, regulatory discussions, and on-the-ground collaboration at the wastewater treatment plant. A dedicated session was also held to address upcoming challenges related to environmental monitoring, sensor performance, and the planning of sea trials.
